Hi, I'm Angela, founder of A+ Curriculum Design. I'm on a mission to create curriculum and content that is focused on transferring knowledge from passive information gathering to impact in action!

I have an M.Ed. in Curriculum Design and Instruction, a B.A. in Humanities: English, 27 years of experience in the field of education where I've been teacher, principal, instructor, Assistant Director of Distance Education and Instructional Designer.

Learning Development Model
A Plus Curriculum & Design's program development strategy of choice is an adaptation of ADDIE and Thalheimer's Learning Transfer Evaluation model for evaluation. We can use a variety of other models design and evaluation models to fit your project needs including, but not limited to, backwards design, SAM, Gagne's 9 Principles of Instruction, Rapid Prototyping and Kirkpatricks Model.
